Milan Day 7
We loved QC Termemilano Spa so much that we decided on another visit. We spent 5 hours in the morning here, although it felt like 5 minutes.
After another Luini panzerotto for lunch, we headed to Artico Gelato for dessert. This was the best gelato we had on the entire holiday: coffee, salted pistachios and gianduja (chocolate and hazelnut).

To best light a painting have a light source far back and up high. This way the viewer won't produce shadow and you can see it clearly.

An evening meal at Trattoria del Nuovo Macello. Free bread and cheese cream on the cracker
A local Lombardian wine. As the sommelier at the wine tasting noted, the older the wine the more red it looked which was exactly the case: this wine was 7 years old.
Beef and pork ragu with blackcurrant pasta
Exceptional pancake cannolini. Filled with ricotta and Spinach, garlic oil and a raspberry compote.
Traditional cottoletta. Thick cut deep fried veal - really crisp, cheesy and salty bread crumbs with pea and mint puree.
Helen had an excellent rabbit dish which wasn't dry. It was wrapped in pancetta with exotic fruits.
